"Who's that on your bass drum?"
"Harry Truman."
"Like, the president?"
"Who's that on your bass drum?"
"Harry Truman."

It could have been the Twin Peaks character.
I don't get it. I'm guessing there's a character with that name on the show. I could look it up, but I probably won't.
Man, if that kid in the bar had said, "Like, the Twin Peaks character?" it would have gone right over your head. (I'm assuming the kid in the bar was not Wolfson.)
