Ha. I'm funny.
My roommate: [chiding me for driving to the gym, which is a mere three blocks away, based on the excuse that it was starting to rain] Months from now, you'll look at this decision and realize it was stupid.Ooh! Wicked burn.
Me: Months from now, I'll look at your face and realize it's still stupid.

I love that you're man enough to put this on the internets.
The "still" isn't strictly essential to the composition of the insult. Has your roommate retreated into isolation and taken to wearing sackcloth?
What are you on, TMK? The "still" is integral.
I dunno, you might be right. Here's my thinking: emphasizing "still" -- which you sort of have to do -- serves to differentiate the face "still being" stupid from the decision "having been" stupid. Whereas if you omitted "still" and put emphasis on "it's" then you are differentiating "the face" being stupid from "the decision" being stupid. Seems to me like that cuts a little deeper; but maybe I'm overthinking it.
