See the thing about earworms (I find) is that blogging about them just makes them intensify and last longer. (Fortunately I don't know The Fray and I'm not clicking on your link, so I will remain immune to this one.) Best treatment is listen to some music you know well and like, get that to replace to snippet from the stupid fucking commercial.
