This is confusing for so many reasons because you didn't tell us which band.
This story in context of Band A would be surprising for completely different reasons than Band B. And don't get me started on Tertiary Band; they're all over the political map! So tell us, who's the Paultard in your band?

Based on the naming scheme deployed here, it's Band A.
